Setup

You can install the Bird's Eye View app on any of your monday workspace by clicking here:

Step 1: Access the App

Log in to your workspace on monday.com and navigate to the dashboard where you want to use Bird's Eye View.

Step 2: Create a New Dashboard

If you haven't already, create a new dashboard specifically for Bird's Eye View. This will be the central hub for visualizing work relationships.

Step 3: Add Bird's Eye View Widget

Click on "+ Add Widget" button on your dashboard to add a new widget. "Click on more widgets" and search for "Bird's Eye View" in the marketplace of available widgets.

Step 4: Install the App

Select the Bird's Eye View app from the search results and install it to your dashboard. This will enable the powerful visualization features.

Step 5: Add Boards

Once installed, customize the Bird's Eye View widget according to your preferences. Choose which boards to include and define the level of detail you want to display. These boards will serve as the source of your interconnected work items.

Once you add the boards, Bird's Eye View will generate a birds-eye view, providing a powerful visual representation of the interconnected work relationships. This comprehensive view allows you to effortlessly navigate and understand how items across multiple boards are connected, empowering you to make informed decisions and optimize your project management.
