Customise your kanban view by adjusting lanes, fields and order.

Navigating Kanban view

Familiarize yourself with the following navigation elements:

  • Lanes: These represent different stages of your workflow (e.g., “Backlog,” “In Progress,” “Completed”).

  • Cards: Each card corresponds to an item or task.

  • Widgets: Additional tools like the Kanban Overview Navigational Widget provide visual cues.

Reorder lanes

  • Arrange lanes in your any order you desire.

  • Drag and drop lanes across your kanban to reposition it.

  • The lanes get instantly ordered in new way.

See or hide fields

Tailor the information displayed on cards:

  • Click on a card to open it.

  • Use the “Show All/Hide All Fields” option to select which fields to display
